Welcome to Tiny Hearts Group Daycare LLC. By enrolling your child in our daycare and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Fees

1.1. Enrollment is subject to availability and is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee and submission of required documents.
1.2. Tuition fees must be paid in advance, according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.
1.3. Additional fees may apply for late pick-ups, special programs, or field trips.

2. Hours of Operation

2.1. Our daycare operates from Monday to Friday, from [insert hours].
2.2. We are closed on national holidays and any additional days communicated in advance.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Parents must provide updated medical and vaccination records as required by local laws.
3.2. Children showing symptoms of illness must be kept at home to ensure the health of other children.
3.3. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian immediately. If necessary, we will take the child to the nearest medical facility.

4. Personal Belongings

4.1. Tiny Hearts Group Daycare is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please label all belongings clearly.
4.2. We recommend that children avoid bringing valuable or unnecessary items to the daycare.

5. Behavioral Policies

5.1. We promote a respectful and nurturing environment. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.2. In cases of consistent behavioral issues, parents may be contacted for a meeting. Persistent problems may result in the termination of services.

6. Termination of Services

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day notice.
6.2. Tiny Hearts Group Daycare reserves the right to terminate services without notice in case of non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with the terms outlined.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Tiny Hearts Group Daycare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Parents will be notified of any changes in advance.
